Fhumulani Khalishi started at VVM in May 2016, as a call centre agent. Fhumulani reached his KPI’s within the first few months of starting at VVM and has now become one of the top collectors in the company. He describes himself as a family man with a wife and three children and is focused on the goals in front of him to better his life and his families.

“When I started at VVM, I knew it would be a challenge to get to work as public transport would almost always present me with issues. I do not like to be late and do not believe in excuses which why I decided I needed to continue to work hard, reach my KPI’s and save to buy myself a car.”

Having a strong work ethic pushed him to work hard, and in 2018, Fhumulani bought his first car. Now, he can drop his children and wife at work and school before he comes into the office.

Having worked hard to put down a deposit was an immense achievement for him, motivate him to keep growing and working harder. Being a self-motivated man, he continues to push himself to do better and achieve more.

“I believe it doesn’t matter how you grow, what matters is that you learn from all your experiences and be the best you can be.”
